Highly recommended. Engaged them 3 times during our trip to Danang & Hoi An, everything was excellent. Pre-trip booking with Jane was fuss-free and communicates in good English. Their drivers are polite and drive safe, the mini-vans were new and clean.

Did a tour from Da Nang to Lang Co via Hai Van Pass and back. Clean and comfortable car with air condition. Driver spoke broken english, but communication via Google Translate on the phone was super easy. Communcation beforehand with Ms Jane was super easy too. Lovely experience overall. I can totally recommend!

Arranged and paid for an airport drop off through WhatsApp which was easy and smooth, the driver was on time and we reached the airport ahead of schedule. Would recommend.

I strongly recommend Hoi an travel to organise any part if your trip to Vietnam, perhaps your whole trip. I tried to organise from Australia but ended up going through Hoi an travel as they were most helpful, especially Mr Le. Nothing was too hard and arranged everything from tours, guides and transfers and much more. Furthermore when my daughter wasn't well they were most helpful in assisting us with medical attention and truly grateful and most appreciative.

If you book a trip or bus with this company, beware!!! They will tell you lies about the service just so they can sell you tickets. The manageress is also a very angry and threatening person. Do not expect the bus or trip you booked as you will not get it. Use at your peril.
